Hi,

New guy here. Is anyone working on something right now?

I do a lot of television stuff, but really want to make movies!! A big passion of mine.

What do you think should be the camera of choice for film making?

I'm eye-balling the Red camera? Any thoughts?

Sorry I didn't see this before. Have you made your choice already? I would seriously consider joining the Digital Cinema Society. You can find them online and they have Monthly meetings. They have some excellent recommendations online and you often get to screen new products with a ton of other DPs. It's an annual fee of $30 which is absolutely fantastic for all the perks you get. It's run by James Matthers the brother of Jerry Matthers from Leave it to Beaver. James did quite a bit of filmwork if you look him up on imdb. When you sign up for DCS, please tell Jim that I told you about it and hello from me. =)
